• Express Shipping (Selected Cities): 1–2 business days – EGP 110.
• Local Delivery – Cairo & Giza: Same or next business day – EGP 50.
• Free Shipping: Standard Shipping is free for orders above EGP 1,500.
• Exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout based on your address and selected method.

• Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Egypt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached.
• If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
• For size change or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping fee.
